Answer: Any unopend item 5 days (Open item subject to 20% restocking fee), store credit 14 days, and return for repair or replacement 30 days (Product may carry standard manufacture warranty). No refund or exchange on special order item. Any open software can not be returned or exchanged due to copy write law.

Answer: Yes; you can purchase gift card from Heartland Computer. There is no expire date on that.

Answer: Yes; you can order custom computer from us and we provide 3 years limited waranty. For more information, please give us a call or stop by any of our store locations.

Answer: We provide many different types of computer services. For detail info, please visit our service page. We have same day turn around time for most of the computer works. However, it may takes upto 48 hours. Some exception may apply due to parts availability.

Answer: Yes; we provide house call to individual or onsite call to company. House call or onsite call may be charged by hourly basis or flat rate.

Answer: Academic software is not licensed for use in a commercial environment or a business. It is intended for use by Students and Teachers. Academic software includes the same software as the regular retail versions but with discounted pricing. The software is not limited or different from the commercial version.
Manufacturers offer Academic software to Students and Teachers at discounted prices, but again, the software is not different in any way than the Commercial version
